为了方便外交、司法、公安、安全、海关、军队人员以及法律工作者，在反恐司法实践工作和法律研究中了解国际反恐怖主义立法的现状及其发展，我们搜集并编辑了这本反恐国际条约汇编。《国际反对恐怖主义公约汇编》采用中英文对照方式，按照相关国际公约所涉领域及出台时间顺序编排，以期读者能对有关国际公约的约文及其发展有所了解，同时也能与中文译文有一个比较，从而对国际社会在反恐方面的立法脉络有比较清晰的把握。
