"Im as dry as a bone! Lets get some whiskey!" Larry the cowboy said to Har-ry as he brushed the dust offofhis pants and tied his horse to the post.<br> "And Im as dry as dust," Harry replied while climbing down from hishorse."This day is as good as done! Theres a bar right over there. As far as I know,they got whisky as cheap as dirt."<br> "Thats fine as far as Im concerned!" Larry replied with a laugh.<br> The two cowboys wandered into the bar as if it was heaven.<br> "Two whiskeys, barkeeper!" Larry yelled. "And make it fast!"<br> "Theres no reason to yell, cowboy! As it is, I can hear as clear as a bell," re-plied the barkeeper as he handed both cowboys their whiskeys. They both downed thewhisky in one long drink.<br> "Whew! Now I feel as fit as a fiddle!" Harry said. "Who cares if my head is asclear as mud? Lets get another round!"<br> The rest of the story continued as follows: Larry and Harry drank all the whiskeyat hand and became as cross as two sticks. They started brawling and the barkeepereventually threw them both out the door as far as he could.<br> As for Larry and Harry, they woke up the next morning with horrible hangovers.They thought that meant they had a good night and went back to their ranches happierthan ever!<br> They didnt know that they would never be allowed in that bar again!
