　　刘佑知，笔名平山，生于1926年。台湾政治大学法学硕士，加拿大多伦多大学博士。回台湾后常年从事英语教学，为华人地区最著名的英语教学专家之一。著有《美国公务人员之惩戒》、《运动英语》、《中国散文选集》及《林肯》、《福特》等书。
