need different skills. Every training manager should have at some timein his or her career been actually in a classroom or a seminar roomand should have done some training themselves, to know what its likein the field. The skills of being a training manager is, well, I think youneed to have some kind of vision where you want training to go, whatkind of training, what kind of standards you require and what kindof trainers you want to have in your training pool, because not alltrainers are the same. People are different. Every trainer has his or herstrength and weakness and you need a pool of trainers that cover allyour training needs because theres no standard kind of training. Andyou need a pool because not every trainer can do everything equallywell. The training managers job is to find the right match, to matchthe trainer to the groups or to the individuals needs.
