I purchased a iacket at Collins Toronto branch on May 10.1 brought it back tomy house on May 12 but when I tried it OD.I found a small hole in it.I took it toCollins Vancouver branch to exchange it for another one the next day.but on myway to the shop,I lost the receipt.I explained the situation to the shop manager.Mr.David Green.but it was out of stock.Mr.Green informed me that I had to waitfor three weeks to get a new one.I asked for a gift card instead of waiting forthree weeks,but he refused.I found a Collins return policy written on the back ofa receipt for another itern.I have enclosed the{acket.Please send me your storecredit in exchange.
