Steven：In summer，it gets very hot．The temperature is often between 37 and 40 de-gree centigrade．When it is hot we often get rains.The winter is very dry．
Stanley：The summer temperature often reaches about 20 or 25 in my city．The rainfalls mostly in the winter．
Steven：What are the temperatures in winter？In my city it is about 1 5 or 20 degrees．
Stanley：In winter，temperature often falls to zero；at night，temperature can be below that．The streets are often icing in the morning．’With such high temperatures，you must get some thunderstorms．
Steven：Yeah．we do．In the middle of summer．there can be storms every day．I heardyour city has a h）t of tog，is that true？
Stanlev：We do have afew fog days in winter．But 1 would not say we have a lot of fogs．The sky is usually clear in your city，isn’t it？
Steven：Yes．it is．Like I said we have thunderstorms but each one usually last a feW hours，then the sk）’is c]ear again。
Stanley：Have you ever had snow in your city？
Steven：My grandmother said there was snow once when she was a chihl but my par-ents andInever see it outside of my city．
Stanley：The river in my city sometime freezes during winter．So，people usually go ice-skating on it．In sumnler people go boating on the river，but few people go swimming because it is not very clean。
Steven：As VOU know，my city is on the coast．The water is also not SO clean，but peo-pie still go swimming all year around．Iprefer to sun bath on the beach whenthe weather is hot．
