Q: What is your favorite festival？A: My favorite festival is the Mid-Autumn Day festival. Mid-Autumn Day usually falls around mid-to-late September. It doesnt exactly coincide with National Holiday at the beginning of October， so we arent always granted days holidays from work; but despite this, the atmosphere of the festival is exceptionally rich. Autumn in my region is a dramatic season, with high winds, cooler air, and a general mood of change. These factors contribute to the mystique of Mid-Autumn Day, which is further enhanced by the holidays relation to the moon. In the evening of the Mid-Autumn day, family and friends gather outside for a deeply impressionable look at the clear moon and recall the story of one lady who wished to attain immortality.
