I live in the outskirts of the city, so I really think there will be many changes takingplace where I live in the future. My neighborhood is changing and expanding year afteryear. Right now, there are a lot of new houses being built, but many people work far away. Iexpect a lot of companies to move closer to my home in the near future, creating many jobopportunities.
I live in the city center and I don't think there will be many changes in terms ofemployment there. There are a lot of different shops and restaurants everywhere. The ownersmight change, but the situation will most definitely remain the same in the future. A lot ofsmall old stores are closing, but they are being replaced by modem ones that still hire people.4. How can governments help small businesses?
I'm not too sure about that, but I think that governments should try to minimizecharges and taxes for the first few years after the company opens. I think they can taxthem only once the small businesses are stable and actually turning a profit. In addition, the government could loan money to young entrepreneurs (=people who start their ownbusinesses) who have a clear plan for the future.
