Most Eastern people mainly live on rice. In general, Asians eat rice almost every meal. When you go to Japan or Korea, you may find Japanese or Koreans eat as much rice as we Chinese do. As for Westerners, eating habits differ in each country as well. A typical American breakfast includes cereal, toast or omelet. Steaks, mashed-potato and seafood can also be found on an Americans dining table.
