    蔡《酒店英语(附光盘)》是根据《酒店英语专项职业能力考核标准》编写的,供各地在酒店英语职业能力考核、鉴定和培训时使用。《酒店英语(附光盘)》分初级篇、中级篇和高级篇。初级篇主要介绍酒店员工的服务用语;中级篇主要介绍酒店的核心功能和附属功能;高级篇主要介绍酒店的管理运作。《酒店英语(附光盘)》以实际情景对话为主线,穿插介绍酒店管理知识、英语国家的风俗习惯等。目的是帮助广大酒店从业人员提高英语的综合应用能力。<br>    《酒店英语(附光盘)》是专项职业能力考核培训教材,也可供各类职业学校、职业培训机构在开展职业技能短期培训时使用。<br>    《酒店英语(附光盘)》由福建师范大学教材建设基金提供资助。<br>    《酒店英语(附光盘)》由福建师范大学外国语学院林明金、毛浩然、刘茵、王朝晖、黄梅仙、邱爱萍编写,林明金、毛浩然主编;由福建师范大学外国语学院院长林大津教授审稿。
