中国国际减贫中心是农业农村部直属事业单位，是中华人民共和国政府与联合国开发计划署、世界银行等国际组织共同发起成立的国际性减贫机构。中心的主要职责是组织开展国际减贫政策理论研究，进行国际减贫信息的收集分析及有关咨询、评估工作，开展对外减贫合作交流，引进外资减贫项目等，是中国政府开展南南合作的重要渠道。

中国减贫与发展经验国际分享系列旨在讲好中国减贫故事，向国际社会分享中国减贫经验，为广大发展中国家实现减贫与发展提供切实可行的经验。该系列聚焦中国精准扶贫、脱贫攻坚和巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果的经验做法，基于国际视角梳理形成中国减贫经验分享的知识产品。本书是《中国农村产业扶贫政策与实践》的英文版。产业扶贫是中国脱贫攻坚的重要抓手，已经成为覆盖面最广、带动人口最多、可持续性最强的扶贫举措。本书首先详细阐述了中国的农村产业扶贫政策的实施背景、适用对象、拟解决的核心问题。其次，介绍了如何因地制宜发展贫困地区特色产业、农村产业扶贫政策保障要素、如何提升农村产业扶贫成效、如何建立农村产业联贫带贫机制、如何防范农村产业扶贫风险。最后总结了中国农村产业扶贫发展成效，并总结了产业扶贫对象、扶贫产业选择、带贫益贫机制、增收稳收能力四方面的经验启示。
