中俄双边新材料新工艺研讨会是由中国有色金属学会与苏联科学院巴伊科夫研究院、强度物理及材料科学研究所于1991年共同倡议组织的每两年轮流在中国和俄罗斯召开的国际学术会议,由于会议举办不断成功,其规模和范围不断扩大。本届研讨会得到了两国政府和中俄两国共同组建的“二十一世纪和平、友好、发展委员会”的支持,将于2023年11月6—10日在中国海南省海口市举办。 会议旨在为研究人员提供一个自由交流的平台,共同分享新的思路、新的解决方案。主题是“金属、陶瓷与复合材料”;内容涵盖了航空航天材料,新能源材料,电子技术材料,生物医用材料,稀有金属、贵金属及高纯材料,节能环保新材料、绿色工程材料、催化剂,表面工程技术与材料,激光信息技术制造复杂形状制品、增材制造,冶金过程新工艺新技术,功能材料(含难熔金属、特硬材料及磁性材料),冶金过程模拟和数字化等领域。此外,会议组织者将邀请知名专家、学者做大会专题报告,所有参会者将有机会与报告人面对面讨论,这对参会者进行更深入的科学讨论和增进相互了解,是非常有益的。 本书为此次研讨会论文集。
