张荣臣，毕业于南开大学，现为中央党校教授、博士生导师。长期从事马克思主义政党学说与政党建设问题的研究。曾主持国家社科基金重点项目“马克思主义经典作家无产阶级政党建设思想研究”等。主要著作有《〈共产党宣言〉与中国共产党的建设》《马克思恩格斯政党理论研究》《马克思主义党的学说史》《大历史观背景下三个中国故事》《走进中国共产党》等。
蒋成会，法学博士，中共重庆市委党校（重庆行政学院）副教授。主要从事马克思主义政党学说与政党建设的教学和研究。在《党建》《党的文献》等刊物发表文章55余篇，主持国家社科基金项目和省部
